An Introduction

First and foremost, welcome to this Blogspot about the concept of space in geography. This blog has been set up by two PGCE Secondary Geography students at the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom. Throughout our time on the course, we will be uploading relevant information about the concept of space. We hope to create an understanding of the interactions between places and networks created by flows of information, people and goods. In addition, we hope to provide knowledge of where particular places and landscapes are located, why they are there and the patterns and distributions they create. In addition, we will comment on why these places and landscapes are changing, and what implications they are having on people.

We hope you continue to use our blog as useful source to deepen and broaden your knowledge, skills and understanding about the concept of space in the study of geography.
